Surfco uses a third party product called Everyone.net to provide this email service.

If you are on a standard FREE account you will see advertising around your email. This is managed by Everyone.net and necessary to keep your mailbox FREE.

If you wish to remove the advertising and add other functionality like setting up a POP setting to recieve your email through a mail client like Outlook you can pay an annual fee to Everyone.net to upgrade to a MailPlus account. The upgrade costs US$24.95 per year and is a transaction between you and Everyone.net.
